Why Choose Intervention 365?
Choosing an interventionist is one of the most important decisions your family will ever make. Addiction affects much more than alcohol or drugs. It often damages trust, communication, finances, relationships, physical health, and emotional well-being. Over time, the entire family begins living in crisis.
That is why choosing the right professional matters.
At Intervention 365, we believe every family deserves experienced guidance, honest communication, and a clear plan. Our goal is simple: help families move from chaos to hope with compassion, preparation, and professional leadership.
Intervention 365 is led by James “Jim” Reidy, a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP #10266) credentialed through the Pennsylvania Certification Board. For more than 15 years, Jim has helped families facing addiction, alcoholism, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
During that time, he has personally conducted more than 750 documented professional interventions. Every intervention has reinforced one important lesson: no two families are alike. Therefore, every intervention should be carefully planned to meet each family’s unique circumstances.
Families also appreciate knowing they are working with an experienced professional whose credentials have been independently recognized. Jim is a verified provider with Psychology Today and a member in good standing of the Association of Intervention Specialists (AIS). These professional affiliations demonstrate an ongoing commitment to ethical practices, continuing education, and high professional standards.
Jim’s work has also received national recognition. He was invited to appear as a professional interventionist on Season 20 of the A&E television series Intervention, serving families throughout Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. More recently, in 2026, he was invited to testify as an addiction expert witness on Divorce Court with Star Jones.
Although television appearances are never the reason families choose Intervention 365, they do reflect the confidence respected organizations have placed in Jim’s professional experience and judgment.
Intervention 365 proudly serves families throughout the East Coast, providing intervention services from Maine to Miami. Whether your loved one lives in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida, our commitment remains the same.
We help families stop reacting to one crisis after another and begin following a structured plan toward treatment and recovery.
Every intervention begins with preparation. First, we learn your family’s history. Next, we identify the challenges that have brought everyone to this point. Then we educate participants, coordinate with treatment providers, discuss transportation when appropriate, and develop contingency plans before the intervention takes place.
As a result, families walk into the intervention feeling informed, prepared, and supported rather than overwhelmed.
Our work does not end when an intervention is over. Instead, we continue helping families identify appropriate treatment programs, coordinate admissions, communicate with providers, and support loved ones during the transition into recovery. We also help families establish healthy boundaries that encourage long-term healing.
Recovery is a process, not a single conversation. For that reason, Intervention 365 remains committed to helping families before, during, and after the intervention itself.
Above all, we believe families deserve honesty. We answer difficult questions directly, explain every available option, and help reduce uncertainty during an incredibly stressful time.
Making the first phone call is often the hardest step. However, it can also become the turning point that changes everything.
Families searching for a professional interventionist are not simply looking for credentials. They are looking for someone they can trust with one of the most important moments of their lives.
That trust is earned through preparation, professionalism, compassion, and experience. It is strengthened by thoughtful planning, honest communication, and a genuine commitment to helping families find hope again.
If someone you love is struggling with addiction, alcohol dependence, substance use disorder, or a co-occurring mental health condition, Intervention 365 is ready to help you take the next step with confidence, dignity, and a carefully developed plan focused on treatment, recovery, and lasting hope.
