Pennsylvania Is Home Territory
Intervention 365 was built in Philadelphia. Jim works directly with families facing alcohol, opioid, fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, benzodiazepine, prescription-drug, and co-occurring mental-health concerns. Every case begins with a private conversation, a realistic treatment plan, and family preparation before the intervention takes place.
In Southeastern Pennsylvania, Jim regularly serves Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties—often without the delay of travel. Across the Commonwealth, he coordinates the intervention, confirms an appropriate level of care, and helps arrange admission and transport when a loved one agrees to go.
Local Coverage Across Pennsylvania
Philadelphia and the surrounding counties: Philadelphia, Bensalem, Levittown, Doylestown, Norristown, King of Prussia, Abington, Media, Upper Darby, Havertown, West Chester, Exton, Malvern, and surrounding communities.
Statewide service: Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Reading, Lancaster, York, Hanover, Harrisburg, Hershey, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, the Poconos, Pittsburgh, State College, Altoona, Erie, and communities throughout Pennsylvania.
Whether the addiction has been visible for years or the family has just learned how serious it is, the first priority is to stop reacting and build a clear plan.
What a Pennsylvania Intervention Includes
- A confidential consultation with Jim Reidy, CIP
- Johnson Model family intervention planning and coaching
- Treatment research and placement based on clinical fit
- Insurance verification before the intervention whenever possible
- A planned response to refusal, including clear family boundaries
- Coordination of detox, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, or dual-diagnosis care
- Bed-to-bed transport support when appropriate

Jim leads the process personally. Families are prepared before anyone sits down, and treatment options are explored before a loved one says yes—so a moment of willingness is not lost to paperwork, uncertainty, or a last-minute search for a bed.

No treatment center is right for every person. Placement is based on the individual’s clinical needs, safety, insurance coverage, location, and willingness to engage—not on a one-size-fits-all referral.
How the Process Works
-
- Call. Speak confidentially with Jim about what is happening now, what has already been tried, and any immediate safety concerns.
- Plan. Identify the right level of care and begin verifying insurance and treatment availability.
- Prepare. Jim helps family members communicate clearly, stop enabling patterns, and understand the boundaries they are prepared to hold.
- Intervene. Jim facilitates a structured, compassionate conversation in the home or another appropriate setting.
- Admit and follow through. When treatment is accepted, the plan moves immediately into admission and transport coordination. Jim remains available to support the family beyond the intervention day.
